Required Forms:
Must have a waiver on file for participant signed within the past 365 days.
Please complete the minor travel consent if your child will be driving themselves or leaving the event early.
Disciple Now (DNow) is a weekend retreat for students filled with worship, bible studies and fellowships. Students stay at member host homes. Click below for a snippet from last year’s DNow.
DNow is open to all middle school and high school students. The cost is $65/student, which includes transportation, meals, recreation, T-shirt and curriculum.

- Sign up by January 10th to guarantee shirt size
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at sign up
- The balance of $40 is due on January 24th
- If you sign up after January 10th the full amount of $65 is due
