The Talk and the Walk, Pt 2
Matthew 7:21-23 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
Last week the question was, “Who are you listening to?” This week the question is, “Who are you?” By far, this passage is one of the most piercing and challenging passages in all of scripture. It is frightful to think, although you say and do things that are attached to the Lord, He might say, “I never knew you.”

The Talk and the Walk
Matthew 7:15-20 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
Who are you listening to? There are many who claim to preach and proclaim God’s word. It is up to each of us to listen to their words, and evaluate/judge what is produced. You must be wise to whom you listen and allow authority in your life.

The Road Less Traveled
Matthew 7:12-14 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson

Jesus tells us that only a few are willing to take the narrow way but the destination to which it leads, is the whole point.

Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
What happens when the world’s values encroach into the Christian’s life? Paul warned the Corinthians about the dangers of a Christian living in a pagan culture – the same challenge we face today.

The Goodness of the Father
Matthew 7:7-11 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
What is it that you are seeking? Where is it that you want to go? Jesus tells us that God is ready, willing, and able to give, to reveal, and to open the door for us, his
children. The failure is never our good Father. The failure always lies with us, his children.
