On Saturday, Aug 18th, we helped host a back to school event with Joy Mission Center. Joy is under the umbrella of Mission Centers of Houston, which provides for the physical and spiritual needs of people living in Houston’s inner city.

VBS was a huge success! Thank you Ashley Knippers for spearheading the charge to host Summer Creek Baptist's first VBS. Thank you to the 40+ adults and youth who volunteered. We had 34 kids attend this week and hear the gospel.

On Wednesday, March 28th, we held our first annual praise and prayer service prior to Easter Sunday. We partook of the Lord's Supper and sang praises, as church members read from the Bible the story of our Savior.
